ELIGIBILITY EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

I am not a citizen, national or resident of, and am not under the control of, the government of: Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Syria, nor any other country to which the United States has prohibited export.

I will not download or otherwise export or re-export the Programs, directly or indirectly, to the above mentioned countries nor to citizens, nationals or residents of those countries.

I am not listed on the United States Department of Treasury lists of Specially Designated Nationals, Specially Designated Terrorists, and Specially Designated Narcotic Traffickers, nor am I listed on the United States Department of Commerce Table of Denial Orders.

I will not download or otherwise export or re-export the Programs, directly or indirectly, to persons on the above mentioned lists.

I will not use the Programs for, and will not allow the Programs to be used for, any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, for the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons of mass destruction.

I understand and accept the fact that Orastat is made available on an 'as-is' basis with no warranty of any kind. It is not warrantied to perform any purpose at all. I will download Orastat and I accept all responsibility for any problems that may be cause by Orastat. I will not ever hold the author of Orastat responsible in any way for any possible damages. I also agree that if the Perl language ever becomes a licensed product, that I will be responsible for procuring a license, not the distributor of Orastat.

DBAmon'S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES HEREUNDER SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY CUSTOMER TO DBAmon FOR THIS LICENSE, which is zero 
because orastat is a shareware product.

NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT:  DBAmon is not obligated to provide technical support, phone support, or updates to Customer for Programs. However, I will try to provide support as needed.

EXPORT ADMINISTRATION:  Software, including technical data, is subject to U.S. export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Act and its associated regulations, and may be subject to export or import regulations in other countries. Customer agrees to comply fully with all laws and regulations of the United States and other countries ("Export Laws") to assure that neither the Programs, nor any direct products thereof are (1) exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of Export Laws, either to any countries that are subject to U.S.A export restrictions or to any end user who has been prohibited from participating in the U.S.A. export  transactions by any federal agency of the U.S.A. government. or (2) intended to be used for any purpose prohibited by Export Laws, including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation. Customer further acknowledges that the Programs may include technical data subject to export and re-export restrictions imposed by U.S.A. law.
